Bryan Wilmert concluded his track and field career by posting a season best distance in the hammer throw at the NCAA West Preliminary meet on Friday.

The dynamic duo of Bryan Wilmert and Karnell Grimes will represent CSU Bakersfield's track and field team at the NCAA West Preliminary next week.

After four days of competition at the WAC Outdoor Championships, the CSU Bakersfield track and field team will leave Utah with two individual titles and ten All-Conference performances.

The CSU Bakersfield track and field team continued its success at the WAC Outdoor Championships on Friday. Bryan Wilmert led the way to one individual title and four All-Conference honors.

Both of the CSU Bakersfield multi-event student-athletes earned All-Conference honors at the Western Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships on Thursday.
